To Be Valid, Your Counter-Notification Must Include The Following:

  1. Physical Or Electronic Signature Of The Subscriber Or Someone With The Authority To Act On The Subscriber’s Behalf.

  2. Identification And Location Of The Material That Has Been Removed Or Disabled Due To An Error Or Misidentification.

  3. The Subscriber’s Name And Contact Information And A Statement Explaining That The Subscriber Will Accept Lawsuit From The Parties Sending The Take-down (removal) Notice.

  4. Your Reason For Sending The Counter-notification, Such As The Complainant Does Not Own The Copyright Or The Copyright Has Expired.
